YAVAPAI COUNTY SHERIFF’S RESPOND TO SINGLE VEHICLE ROLLOVER

Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a single-vehicle rollover in Kirkland on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 1st on County Road 15 near mile marker 11. The driver, Judy Burgess, 78 years old of Skull Valley, had swerved off the road and stuck a bush which appeared to be the cause of the rollover.

YCSO and an off-duty Border Patrol medic assisted in getting her out of the car. Judy was conscious and did not appear to be injured at the time. She was able to tell the deputies that she was returning from church in Yarnell on her way home to Skull Valley when the accident occurred.
