What Maria Thought About The County Seat

By-Maria Hagopian Colby local Foodie!

In the heart of the Downtown Prescott area, this restaurant is upstairs on the third floor of the Burmister store. The restaurant is very spacious, with a bar in the middle. Full coffee bar and fresh-pressed juices and ABV cocktail menu available; the menu freshly prepared sandwiches and salads. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a great view of the downtown area. The atmosphere is a beautiful combination of 19th-century woodwork and architecture with a midcentury vibration. There are many places to sit for inviting conversation. One can hear the light music in the background and enjoy an array of many different cocktails. This is a place where locals and travelers alike can have healthy food and a glass of wine.

The menu has many healthy choices from avocado toast, pesto tuna, Mediterranean chicken, and turkey cobb. Bring families or friends to downtown this is a place where it’s warm and inviting like all of Prescott. Servers and bartenders are well versed in the menu and beverages. This is a great addition to the Prescott area and in an excellent location. If in the downtown area, try this excellent eatery, you might like the positive vibe.-Maria Hagopian Colby
