DETAILS OF PROGRAM
In this time of trauma response for adults and youth alike, we need to support each other more than ever. Many teens and children are not able to understand the situations and experiences they are faced with. We want to show the children of Prescot that no matter what they are facing at home, emotionally or physically they are supported and they will succeed. We are building this program with supporting businesses, volunteers, and entrepreneurs that want to share with these children their stories of positivity, strength, and understanding. We know it takes a village!

SPONSOR MISSION STATEMENTS
“ We are a behavioral health provider with a goal of keeping kids in the home rather than outside facilities. We focus on how we can help the families by providing wraparound services like direct support to teach life skills through activities. During the Wraparound process community-based services and supports “wrap around” a child or youth and their family in their home, school, and community in an effort to help meet their needs. We believe that the more kids can build connections to the community the more successful they can be.” – CFSS
“ We’re a movement of young humans with stories. Some may say we’re bruised, some might say we’re damaged, we would say that we’ve had a lot of adventures with adversity that the world can learn from. We like to share our stories through forms of art. Give us a microphone, a journal, a canvas, or a beat and we will courageously inspire, share messages of wisdom, and support others around us so we all feel our worth. We essentially work on mental health through forms of artistic expression to help cope and deal with trauma depression anxiety etc..” – My Tune In
“ Our life experiences make us who we are, they have all taught me and inspired me to help empower our youth of all ages, become the leaders they were destined to be. All it takes is to find the passion you truly believe in, the tribe to support you, and the courage to go for it. Being a cheerleader for our younger generations and connecting them with our community means the world to me. ” – Lessons By Lexe (Lexe Niekamp)
We have big goals for future educational opportunities and to supply needed clothing items. Specifics needed include raffle items, gif cards, and cash donations.
