Do you have questions about CBD?

I’d like you to take a moment to think about a member of your family – one of your cousins to be specific. Now, some of us have cousins that we look up to and admire and we think or used to think that we wanted to be like them someday. On the other hand, some of us have cousins that when we think about them, we think to ourselves “I can’t believe that I am actually related to them”! Ha ha! The point is this, we are not our cousins. Although we do share some of the same DNA, we were not created to be the same person or to do the same things. We are very different people with our own individual purposes in life.

Now having thought about that, let’s redirect our focus.  Hemp and Marijuana are cousins in the plant family.  Although they share some of the same DNA, they were created differently for very different purposes.  Hemp is grown/cultivated for high levels of CBD and low levels of THC.  Whereas Marijuana is quite the opposite – it is grown/cultivated for high levels of THC and low levels of CBD.  They are grown/cultivated to do very different things.

A lot of people misunderstand this and think that CBD and Marijuana are the same.  They think that you will feel all the negative effects of THC when using CBD – such as paranoia, anxiety or that it will make you feel “high”.  That can’t be further from the truth.  In all actuality, the amount of THC found in CBD that is allowable for sale under The Farm Bill passed in 2018 is only .3%.  CBD sold with the trace amount of THC is referred to as Full Spectrum.  This type of CBD does not promote the negative effects associated with THC.  It does, however, allow the CBD to function and perform at its peak.  Alternatively, CBD can be stripped of THC and therefore would contain no or “non-detectable” THC.  This is referred to as Broad Spectrum CBD.

So, if you are under the misconception that CBD and Marijuana are the same, this is going to be great news for you!  I would encourage you to come by Your CBD Store Prescott to discuss the many benefits that CBD has to offer.  I will walk you through the process to choose the right CBD for your specific needs.  I will be there to answer any questions you may have – especially after you walk out the door.  I will continue to be there for you to guide you throughout your CBD journey.

Remember – the only dumb question is the question not asked!
