    Breaking Prescott Valley News-STALLED VEHICLE LEADS TO FELONY ARRESTS

    On Wednesday, August 18, 2021, Prescott Valley Police Officers responded to the intersection of State Route 69 and Prescott Country Club where a vehicle with a towed trailer was stalled and blocking the roadway.  

    Officers contacted 29-year-old Caleb Seawart, from Phoenix, Arizona, who had several warrants for his arrest.  Further investigation revealed illegal possession of a firearm and multiple illegal drugs and paraphernalia. 

    Two passengers, 31-year-old Jon Roger McCluskey and 39-year-old Jessica Lynn James, both from Mesa, were also implicated with multiple illegal drugs and paraphernalia.

    Officers discovered that the trailer and the motorcycle inside the trailer were both stolen from Phoenix.  All three subjects were placed under arrest and booked into Yavapai County Detention Center in Camp Verde.

    The persons involved have not yet been convicted of a crime and are presumed innocent. The presumption of innocence shall continue until such time that the persons accused may be found guilty by a court of law.
