The holidays are a time filled with the warmth of family, great food, and high spirits. However, for kids in foster care, it can be a reminder of how they aren’t like their peers, how lonely they feel, and what is lacking in their lives.

Thanks to Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation, The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 28 Quad-City business, and local community members, these children will receive a nice holiday and know their community cares for them.

This community has shown these children -over the last 7 years- they are supported, cared for, and not alone in their struggle. Quad-City residents and business owners have proved it by donating approximately $180,000 in toys to accompany the Fraternal Order of Eagle’s contribution of $25,000 in bikes, over the time period.

Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation would like to thank all the members of the community for their hard work and help bring joy to the county’s most vulnerable kids.

To get involved, next year, contact the Foundation at or call 928 445 0800.
