Grab a pole and some bait, and your favorite local hero, and go fishing on Saturday, May 21 from 9AM-12PM at Fain Park in Prescott Valley!
Join local agencies and get hooked on fishing! The Prescott Valley Police Department, along with other local agencies, will be hosting Badges & Bobbers, a free event for kids and families to go fishing with local law enforcement officers, firefighters, and more. The goal of Badges & Bobbers is to get kids hooked on fishing rather than drugs and crime and give our community and police an opportunity to interact in a positive and neutral environment.
This fun event will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 9:00AM-12:00PM at Fain Park, located at 2200 N 5th Street in Prescott Valley. Event parking will be located on 2nd Street near The Event Spot and a shuttle will transport guests to and from Fain Park.
Make sure to bring your own fishing pole if you have one, if not, we will supply the gear. To reserve gear, adults will need to bring a photo I.D. Remember to also bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and be prepared for a morning of fun in the sun.
