    Album Release Performance

Join me, David Michael Archuleta in celebrating a life-long dream fulfilled. Sit back and relax with food prepared by the phenomenal Hungry Badger Adventure Catering along with complimentary beer and wine. Then listen to the stories and songs off my first ever album “Ghosts & Guitars (Songs From An Imperfect Gentleman)”.

    About the album:
A realization of a life-long dream of recording and releasing songs written over a 40-year career in music. From songs composed in the late 1980’s to early 1990’s such as “Please Tell Me You’re Fine Today”, “Rocks Of The River”, “Solitary Heroes”, and “Imperfect Gentleman”, to more recent compositions written during a period of personal renewal and inspiration, with “Girl With The Half-Moon Eyes”, “Madeline”, “Between Mars & Venus”, “Another Kind Of Day”, and “60 Days & 60 Nights”, as well as a touch of my newly adopted home of Northern Arizona and its rich history and diverse characters in the songs “Bars, Ghosts & Guitars” and “Sandy Cemetery (The Ballad of Daisy Newberry)”.

With help from local Prescott, Arizona musicians Drew Hall (lead guitar on “Rocks Of The River” and “60 Days & 60 Nights”) and Troy Schilperoort (keyboards on “Ghosts, Bars & Guitars”, “Sandy Cemetery”, and “Between Mars & Venus”), it’s my hope that I have created a collection of diverse, thoughtful and enjoyable songs.

Most of the album was recorded and mixed in Prescott at Raven Sound Studios with Dylan Ludwig engineering. Initial basic tracks of “Imperfect Gentleman (Manchester Mix)” were recorded during a visit to England in 2018 and was further mixed and produced by long-time friend Jeffery Teruel at his Studio-ITC in Manchester, U.K., bringing in session musician Ian Webster on lead guitar and bass.

I truly hope you find the songs entertaining, thought-provoking and can connect to my experiences and reflections on life.
