Congratulations 2022 PVPD Youth Police Academy Graduates!
Prescott Valley PD Police Chief Bob Ticer on Friday, July 15 presented certificates and congratulated 12 local teens who completed the annual PVPD Youth Police Academy, “Believe in Something Better.” Teens attending the week-long academy earned a two year certification in CPR, experienced the same firearm simulation system Prescott Valley’s sworn officers go through, participated in various team building exercises, attended leadership classes and much more.

Generous contributions from local business partners allow the PVPD Youth Police Academy to be offered free of charge to teens. The 2023 Youth Police Academy is scheduled for July 10-14, 2023. Information will be posted on the Town’s website at www.prescottvalley-az.gov
